We hand-pick a small number of companies each week. One audit per legal entity. The offer is available for requests received during September 2025 (or until capacity is filled).

We may prioritise brands where the selected asset has clear commercial impact.

What you get

This offer covers a diagnostic audit of one asset you choose (ebook up to 10 pages, leaflet up to 4 pages, a website homepage, a single social post, or a carousel up to 10 slides).

You’ll receive:

How it works

Apply via the form. If selected, you’ll receive a link to book a 15‑minute intake call so we can confirm context and goals. After the call, you email the asset (or a link).

We deliver the audit within five business days of receiving the asset. Timeframes are estimates and may shift if we need missing context.

No guarantees

We provide expert recommendations, not promises of performance. Outcomes can vary. Use the recommendations at your own discretion.

Elemento Zero is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the audit.

Privacy and confidentiality

Information you share is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the audit and related communications.We may use vetted service providers (e.g., email and storage platforms) bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection terms. We won’t add you to a marketing list unless you opt in.Please avoid sending secrets (API keys, credentials) or special-category personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Data retention

Submission data and audit materials are stored securely and retained for up to 90 days after delivery, then deleted or anonymised, unless law requires a longer period or you ask us to delete sooner (where applicable).

You can request access, correction, or deletion at any time.

Intellectual property

You keep all rights in your asset. You grant Elemento Zero a limited licence to access, view, and analyse the asset solely to perform the audit. Our audit PDF and video are for your internal use.

We won’t publish your materials or our audit publicly without your written permission. We may reuse anonymised learnings and frameworks.

Eligibility and availability

We may determine eligibility at our discretion, limit the number of audits, or pause the offer without notice. Geographic or sector restrictions may apply.

Right to withdraw

We can amend, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time. If we withdraw after you’re selected, we’ll let you know promptly.

No legal or financial advice

The audit provides creative and UX recommendations. It is not legal, financial, security, or compliance advice.

Liability cap

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability related to this offer is limited to $100 or the amount you paid for the audit (which is $0), whichever is higher. We exclude indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zaragoza.
